Certificate of Guarantee

Our 15 year guarantee is now backed by an insurance policy.

Once the work is completed you will be issued with an individual certificate of Guarantee. In the event of a problem with the Exterior Wallcoat Guarantee, Andura, the manufacturer, will provide an approved contractor to remedy any problems with your wall coating.

We beleive we are the only company in the industry to offer this level of guarantee and customer security.

This guarantee has been issued in accordance with our specification and quotation.

1. The Company will guarantee for a period of 15 years, the materials and labour from the date of completion of the application that, in the event shall, upon production of the Contract, Specifications and this Certificate of Guarantee, inspect those areas at a mutually convenient time and carry out without charge such re-coating as may be necessary providing that:
   1. The material has been applied to one of the following surfaces: concrete, brick, cement rendering, pebbledash, stone or stucco.
   2. The damage has not been caused by subsidence.
   3. The material has not been subjected to any physical or mechanical damage after application.
2. The client shall retain any pre-existing rights by common law or by statute not with standing the terms of this Eradicate of Guarantee, which shall be regarded as in addition to and not in diminution of such rights.
3. The Guarantee is transferable to any new owner of the property in question within the 15 year period, providing notice of transfer is given within one month of completion of any sale.
4. Any claim under this guarantee most be made in writing to the Company with 14 days of any defects becoming apparent.
5. Garden walls, chimneys, garages and any additional outhouses are not guaranteed.
